You may return most products within 21 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
Returned items must be new, unused, without signs of wear or use, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Personalized, custom-made, used, worn, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged, except if defective.
How to Return

You are responsible for the cost of returning products. Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged or defective product), return shipping costs will not be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a refund, replacement, or repair.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Delivery/shipping charges and return shipping (unless the return is due to our error) will be deducted from your refund.
Customs Duties/Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If you do not pay these charges and your order is refused, returned, or not delivered, you are not entitled to a refund for your purchase.
